Nous avons vécu une expérience désastreuse avec ce loueur via SamBoat. Une alarme moteur due à de l’eau nous a contraints à revenir au port pour pompage et réparation, nous faisant perdre de précieuses heures. Peu après, une panne de transmission en pleine mer a entraîné l’arrêt du moteur ; nous avons dû prévenir les garde-côtes et rentrer à la voile, avant d’être immobilisés près de 48 heures pour une assistance et un rapport technique. Nos vacances ont été gâchées : stress, programme chamboulé, absence d’eau douce à bord… Le loueur nous a accusés à tort de négligence et a retenu une partie de notre caution pour financer une expertise et une amende qui relevaient de sa responsabilité. Nous avons agi de manière exemplaire face à un bateau manifestement non conforme et dangereux. Nous restons dans l’attente d’un geste commercial de SamBoat et avons confiance qu’ils sauront honorer leurs engagements.

Bateau très bien entretenu et loué à un prix raisonnable.

Zarezerwowaliśmy jacht Oceanis w ogromnej marinie Gouvia. Dotarliśmy bez adresu ani dokładnej godziny. Po stresującym sobotnim poranku i wielu SMS-ach i telefonach otrzymaliśmy jedynie strzępki informacji. Czy zostaliśmy oszukani? Godzinę przed rozpoczęciem wynajmu w końcu dostaliśmy numer koi, ale nasza łódź miała problemy z VHF-em i mieli dla nas inną łódź. Po 3-godzinnym spóźnieniu mogliśmy wypłynąć z mariny w ostatnich godzinach dnia, z 5-stopową, ale starszą łodzią, która nosiła ślady wieloletniego czarteru. Żadnych wymówek. Powiedziano nam, że mamy wrócić w piątek wieczorem 2 tygodnie później, ale rezerwacja zawierała „powrót w sobotę rano”. Postawiony przed takim wyzwaniem Potis w końcu zgodził się na powrót w sobotę o 9:00.
W ostatni piątek przed powrotem Potis zapomniał o naszej umowie i chce, żebyśmy wrócili w piątek o 17:00 (nie było to w umowie), mieliśmy inny plan. W sobotę o 8:00 w porcie Potis nie jest zbyt zadowolony.
Żeglowanie po Morzu Jońskim było cudowne, ale następnym razem nie zarezerwujemy rejsu z Potis.
We booked a Oceanis from the huge Gouvia Marina. Arrived without any adress or exact time. After a stressful Saturday morning and many sms and calls we got just small bits of infomation. Were we cheated? 1 hour before the rental should start we finally got a berth no. but our boat had problems with the VHF and they had an other boat for us. After a 3 hours late checkin we could motor out of the marina in the last hours of daylight with a 5 feet larger but older boat with signs of many years of charter. No excuses. We were told to be back Friday evening 2 weeks later but the booking said "return Saturday in the morning". Confronted with this Potis finally agreed on return Saturday 9 AM.
The last Friday before the return Potis has forgotten our deal and want us to be back Friday 5 PM (not in the contract), we had planned different. Saturday at 8 AM in the dock Potis is not very happy.
Sailing in the Ionian Sea has been wonderful but we will not book from Potis next time.
